এই ভাবে রাজা শলোমন তাঁর প্রত্যেকটি ভিন্দেশী স্ত্রীর আরাধ্য মূর্ত্তির জন্য একটি করে পূজোর জায়গা করে দেন, আর তাঁর স্ত্রীরা ধূপধূনো দিয়ে সেই সব জায়গায় তাদের মূর্ত্তিসমূহের কাছে বলিদান করত|
